Mirador can also instruct the Check-In Inventory on your behalf.

A Rental Property Inventory is one of the most important tenancy documents to have.  Without one, a landlord will rarely be able to make a successful claim for damages. The cost of the inventory service is determined by the size of the property, the number of bedrooms and whether the property is to be let furnished or unfurnished.
